As part of an internal reorganisation of the group of companies headed by our ultimate parent company, Kuro Health Limited, we will transfer our business to Mobile Doctors Limited (Company No 02446392), another company within our group, with effect from 20th February 2023.

Work in progress on instructions received up to 20th February 2023 will be billed by MedChi. Any outstanding Requests for Payment/invoices raised for prior to that date should continue to be paid to MedChi unless and until otherwise advised.

Services for Instructions received on or after the 20th February will be delivered by Mobile Doctors, under the assigned Contract terms and should be sent to info@mobiledoctors.co.uk

We are delighted that our key people are also transferring to Mobile Doctors, therefore you will experience no disruption to service.
